Seated with Him

by Michael E. Register on February 17, 2013

There is something to the idea that we are in heavenly places right now (as it were, seated with Christ). There’s something more to that than just a theory, or a clever thought. There’s something that is calling us to “get” it. Like turning on a light switch in a room that has always been dark. We suddenly realize the room doesn’t have to be dark anymore. We can still choose for it to be dark, but we now have a choice. We can now live in the light by choice, and if we now live in the dark, it too is a choice. We must realize that in the most soberly.

We must live from there, now. We must!

This post I’m sure is a bit vague (I admit I do not “have” it yet).

Ephesians 2: 6-7
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.
